CALL FOR PAPERS [PDF]

Authors are invited to submit papers describing recent advances on all aspects of computer arithmetic, including, but not restricted to the following topics:

For ARITH-21, we broaden the scope of submissions on computer arithmetic applications, and encourage submissions of papers that showcase application-specific optimizations in the design and use of computer arithmetic.

Procedure of submission

The submission should be performed following the instructions posted in the conference web site, in the section "Submission".

Authors should submit the abstract of the paper no later than Aug. 31 Sept. 10, 2012.
A PDF version of the full paper should be submitted not later than
Sept. 10 Sept. 21, 2012 by 24:00 (Midnight) Pacific Daylight Time.

The paper must be anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or obvious references. It should begin with a title, a short abstract, and a list of keywords, and its introduction should summarize the contributions of the paper at a level appropriate for a non-specialist reader.

Papers under review elsewhere are not acceptable for submission to ARITH 21 and by submitting a paper you implicitly confirm you are solely submitting it to ARITH 21. Double submission is seen as a serious violation of professional ethics.

Authors will be notified of acceptance in December 2012, and final camera-ready papers will be due in January 2013. Conference proceedings will be available at the Symposium.
